Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
All purchases are eligible for a 30-day return period. To qualify, please ensure that:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by any original diamond certificates that were sent to you. A re-certification fee will apply if the certificate is not returned.
- Items sent for resizing are not eligible for return.
- Custom orders, engraved items, and personalized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a free insured return label via email. The return label must be scanned by FedEx before the end of the 30th day.
Upon receiving your return request, we will:
- Arrange for the item to be collected from your location.
- Inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Once the return is approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns
For international orders, ULab Diamond does not collect international taxes and duties. Any applicable taxes and duties will be collected by the carrier upon delivery in your country. These amounts are non-refundable, and you will need to contact your local customs office to reclaim any such charges if applicable.
Important Considerations
- We strongly recommend that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable.
- All returns must be shipped with a signature required upon delivery.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses; a physical business or home address is required.
- ULab Diamond is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure items are packaged securely.
