We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order ("Confirmation Notice"). ULab Diamond reserves the right to decline an order at its discretion and for any reason, such as legal or regulatory reasons or availability of stock.
Delivery
We will ship the products to the delivery address provided in your order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.
Payment Terms
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards and PayPal. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, and other amounts described on the Website) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.
Returns and Exchanges
All purchases are eligible for a 30-day return period. To qualify, please return your item within 30 days of shipment. We will provide you with a free insured return label via email. The return label must be scanned by FedEx before the end of the 30th day.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by any original diamond certificates that were sent to you. A re-certification fee will apply if the certificate is not returned.
Items sent for resizing are not eligible for return.
Please note: custom orders will be considered final sale. If you have any questions about our policy, do not hesitate to contact us.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold on this Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
